Vomiting after food?
bulimia, dont joke about it.
Reply:UHHHH...ITS UNHEALTHY AND WILL CAUSE LONG TERM AFFECTS! but yes..thats called bulemia nervousa. people will gorge themselves with food and then make themselves vomit. its a psychological disorder and after years of that you will mess up your digestive system. Your body contains hydrochloric acid in the stomach, and years of vomiting will eat away at your esophageal lining and your mouth as well. it will lead to sores and if gone untreated can lead to cancer. Your teeth will slowly start to basically melt away, and eventually your body will not be able to take food. Theres soo many things that can go wrong and those are jus some of the complications of longterm bulemia. If you are worried about losing weight or gaining, follow a simple diet, and DONT GORGE YOURSELF if that makes you uncomfortable, eat 6 small meals throughout the day. it will seem awesome now but eventually as the years go by its the worse thing you can do. Research it all online.
Reply:It's very dangerous to make yourself vomit after eating. It's an eating disorder called bulimia and it can be fatal.

Here are just a few things it does:

1. The stomach acid eats away at the enamel on your teeth.

This results in severe dental problems.

2. You can cause serious injury to your esophagus.

3. The constant vomiting does not allow your body to absorb

much needed nutrients. This causes all kinds of problems

such as hair loss, skin conditions, fatigue, peeling

fingernails and toenails.

I haven't even mentioned the serious damage it can do to your internal organs.

Please do yourself a favor if you are considering taking up the practice of purging.....READ READ READ the following:

Reply:Models also chain smoke cigarettes and snort coke to stay thin. They aren't always the brightest lights in the room when it comes to health and fitness. When you eat something it is supposed to go one way. Unless something is wrong with the food you, in which case your body will do it on it's own, it should come out the other side. Forcing yourself to vomit is bad for your digestive tract, your teeth and can dehydrate you.

One website also states:

"Forced vomiting causes electrolyte imbalances, which can easily lead to life-threatening heart-related problems. The acid in vomit can cause the enamel of teeth to wear down, That same acid also eats away at the lining of the esophagus and may cause gastric rupture. In other words, immediate death.

Many patients who frequently force themselves to vomit after meals may be unable to eat without a gag reflex. G.E.R.D., or Gastro-Esophogal Reflux Disease, is another potential consequence of frequent purging. Vomiting can also cause severe dehydration, leading to abnormally low blood pressure and increased risk of fainting."

NOT SMART AT ALL.
