I feel alone and with out many family and friends?

happy easter guys i have just veen to stay with my mum over the aster period and now I have had to come home gusy at the moment I feel very lonely now withoout my mum and my family and relatives what do i do I now miss my faimly. I was annoyed at my mum now for nagging me but i miss her now and my family I feel insecure unstable scared pleas ehelp me.

As you say you are already home from spending Easter with your mum then sounds like she doesn't live too far away. If wherever you are staying makes you feel insecure and unstable and scared then you are really not ready to be on your own. Can you not stay with your mum?

Reply:Always difficult when not surrounded by family and friend. Events such as Easter often worse. I moved away nearly 15 years ago now and still find it hard. Got kids and married which does help but miss my mum and friends desparately. Just had friend to stay with her kids and was so like the old days.

It does get easier bit will never go away, if you want a chat, then please email me.
Reply:maybe you should think about moving nearer to your family and friends if you miss them that much, how far away do they live and why did you move away?

If you have moved for employment or education you can always make new friends and living away from home won't be forever. xxx
Reply:After today, work on finding friends around you. Join a church, a club, a support group, a volunteer group, or any kind of activity that will help you find friends. Once you have friends around you, you'll feel better.



For today, find things to do that you enjoy. For example, music, movies, books, friends, activities (riding a bike, etc.)--do those things and you'll feel better.
