1.) Midrate is where you level up faster.



2.) If you are a knight, you cannot change to a crusader.



3.) In RebirthRO, you simply have to reach level 99 as a Knight, go be reborn as a high novice, and then work your way back up to job level 40 as a swordsman, and then go to the job changer lady to become a Lord Knight.



4.) In the original Ragnarok Online, there is no job changer. There is also no Warpa.



5.) Lord Knight all the way.
